Administrative Services

The functions available within the Administrative Services menu vary according to your role. A business unit administrator will see a different menu to that viewed by an authorised user.

In the portal, clicking on the signpost opens a drop down menu that provides access to all the functions you are authorised to use. The menu to the right is split into the functions available to a business unit administrator and an authorised user, and includes training modules for the various functions.

The modules can be completed in any order, although some processes are dependant on others. For example the ‘Change password’ module assumes that you have already completed the first time login process.
