- Mackerel in ICES sea area IIIa & IV: EU Waters of IIa, IIIbcd from 0.5t to 2t
3. Over 10m Quota Increase
Affecting licence Cat A (11/99) and Cat A Islands (12/99)
- Sole in ICES sea area VIIe from 0.4t to 0.75t
