1. Check your licence

The variations effective from 00:01 hours, Sunday 5th September 2021 are as follows:

1.1 Introduction of UK Celtic Sea Technical Measures – Update to Licence Conditions

Affecting licence categories: Under 10m Category A (91) and Under 10m Category A Limited (94)

  • Condition added at paragraph 17.

1.2 Affecting licence category: Under 10m Category A Producer Organisation (91 PO)

  • Condition added at paragraph 14.

1.3 Affecting licence categories: Category A (11), Category A Islands (12), Category B (31) and Category C (41)

  • Condition added at paragraph 25.

1.4 Affecting licence category: Category A Pelagic (17)

  • Condition added at paragraph 32.

1.5 Affecting licence category: Deep Sea Species (85)

  • Condition added at paragraph 11.

1.6 Amendment to Schedule - Undulate Ray Bycatch Increased to 70kg per trip
