The variations effective from 00:01 hours, Monday 15 November 2021 are as follows:

  • Affecting Over 10m Licence Conditions of Category A (11), Category A Islands (12), Category B (31) and Category C (41) at section 27
  • Affecting Over 10m Licence Conditions of Category A Pelagic (17) at section 34
  • Affecting Under 10m Licence Conditions of Category A (91), Category A PO (91) and Category A Limited (94) at section 16

There is now a mandatory requirement under fishing vessel licence conditions, whereby fishers will need to report on incidental injury, mortality or bycatch of marine mammals to the MMO, within 48 hours of the end of the fishing trip. For more information please see MMO published guidance
