For vessels which have been authorised to fish with demersal trawls and seines the vessel may only retain on board:
a) unavoidable by-catches of sea bass that do not exceed 5% of the weight of the total catches of marine organisms on board during any single fishing trip, and
b) no more than 380 kilogrammes of sea bass in total per calendar month. 1 (Outside the English and Welsh zones unavoidable by-catch of 520kg per two consecutive calendar months only).
