Affecting Licence Cat A (91/99)

  • Cod in sea areas VIIb-c, VIIe-k, VIII, IX, X, CECAF 34.1.1¹ from 0.03 to 0.07 tonne (Strictly bycatch only)

3. Over 10m Non-Sector Quota Increase

Affecting Licence Cat A 11/99 and Cat A Island 12/99

  • Cod in sea areas VIIb-c, VIIe-k, VIII, IX, X, CECAF 34.1.1¹ from 0.01 to 0.03 tonne (Strictly bycatch only)

3.1 Introduction to an Outer Hebrides Inshore Fisheries Pilot

Vessels may not fish using creels within the “Outer Hebrides Pilot Project Area” from 00:01 hours on Thursday 5 November, unless a letter of derogation has been granted to the licence holder of the vessel by Marine Scotland.
