2. Under 10m Non-Sector Quota Increase

2.1 Affecting Licence Cat A (91/99)

  • Skates and rays in ICES sea area VIId from 3t to 4t
  • Herring in ICES sea area IVc and VIId from 10t to 30t
  • Sprats in ICES sea area IIa and IV from 10t per week to 30t per week

3. Over 10m Non-Sector Quota Increase

3.1 Affecting Licence Cat A (11/99)

  • Skates and rays in ICES sea area VIId from 3t to 4t
  • Herring in ICES sea area IVc and VIId from 10t to 20t
  • Sprats in ICES sea area IIa and IV from 5t per week to 10t per week

3.2 Affecting Licence Cat A Islands (12/99)

  • Skates and rays in ICES sea area VIId from 3t to 4t

3.3 Affecting Licence Cat B (31/99) and Cat C (41/99)

  • Skates and rays in ICES sea area VIId from 3t to 4t
  • Sprats in ICES sea area IIa and IV from 5t per week to 10t per week
