2. Under 10m Non-Sector Quota Changes

Affecting licence Cat A (91/99):

  • Addition of stock: Mackerel VIId handline (additional limit for vessels authorised in accordance with section 5.4 of the schedule to this licence) set at 2t

3. Over 10m Non-Sector Quota Changes

Affecting licence Cat A (11/99):

  • Whiting in ICES sea area IIa and IV increased from 2t to 3t

Affecting licence Cat A (11/99), Cat A Islands (12/99), Cat B (31/99) and Cat C (41/99):

  • Addition of stock: Mackerel VIId handline (additional limit for vessels authorised in accordance with section 20 of the schedule to this licence) set at 2t

4. Under 10m Amendment to Schedule

Affecting licence Cat A (91)

  • Section 5.4: The vessel to which this licence relates may fish for, land and retain on board the additional quantities of mackerel caught in ICES area VIId using handline gears set out in the annexe to this licence only if it has been authorised in writing by the MMO.

5. Over 10m Amendment to Schedule

Affecting licences Cat A (11), Cat A Islands (12), Cat A Pelagic (17), Cat B (31) and Cat C (41)

  • Section 20: The vessel to which this licence relates may fish for, land and retain on board the additional quantities of mackerel caught in ICES area VIId using handline gears set out in the annexe to this licence only if it has been authorised in writing by the MMO.
