  1. Planned downtime from 11:59pm on Thursday 8 July 2021 to 1:30am Friday 9 July 2021 has been added.

  2. Planned downtime from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Wednesday 7 July 2021 has been added.

  3. The service issues reported earlier have now been resolved.

  4. There are problems accessing the Electronic Binding Tariff Information service at the moment. This is under urgent investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.

  5. Downtime previously planned for 17 and 18 November will now take place on 24 and 25 November.

  6. Service issue for Thursday 8 November 2018 from 6pm to 11pm has been added.

  7. Planned downtime for 3 and 4 November will now take place on 17 and 18 November.

  9. Planned downtime for Wednesday 18 July 2018 has been added.

  10. Planned downtime information has been added for essential maintenance on the Electronic Binding Tariff Information system on 21 October 2017 from 11am till 3pm.

  11. Planned downtime information has been added for essential maintenance on the eBTI system from 29 September 2017 at midday to 8:30am on 2 October 2017.

  12. Planned downtime has been added for 24 September 2017 for maintenance work on the electronic Binding Tariff Information online service.

  13. Service availability and issues have been updated to show planned downtime for Thursday 31st August.
