  1. Planned downtime from 8:15am to 3:30pm on Sunday 11 September 2022 has been added.

  2. Planned downtime on Sunday 31 July 2022 will now take place from 8:15am to 7pm.

  3. Planned downtime from 9:15am to 11pm on Sunday 31 July 2022 has been added.

  4. Planned downtime from 7:15am on Saturday 9 July 2022 to 1pm on Sunday 10 July 2022 has been added.

  5. The issue with the Employment Allowance status page showing that you are not currently receiving Employment Allowance when you are has been resolved. The issues where Repayment Interest Credits are not showing on your monthly statement and accrued interest is not visible or is incorrect on the account have been resolved.

  6. Issues with the Employment Allowance and other credits not being visible, or being incorrect on the monthly statement and payments not being visible, or incorrect on the payment history have been resolved. Issues with the Employment Allowance status page showing that users are not currently receiving the allowance; Repayment Interest Credits not showing on the monthly statement and accrued interest not being visible or incorrect on the account have been added.

  7. Planned downtime for Friday 11 September 2020 6pm to 7am Monday 14 September 2020 has been added.

  8. Planned downtime for Monday 25 November to Tuesday 26 November 2019 has been changed. The downtime will now take place from 9pm on Tuesday 26 November to 6am on Wednesday 27 November 2019.

  9. You will not be able to use some of this service from 9pm on Monday 25 November to 6am on 26 November 2019. Information about this issue has been added.

  10. Planned downtime from 9pm on Tuesday 12 November to 6am on Wednesday 13 November has been cancelled.

  11. You will be unable to use some of this service from 9pm on Tuesday 12 November to 6am on Wednesday 13 November. Information about this issue has been added.
