Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with The Teachers’ Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, a professional conduct panel was convened to consider the case of Mr Graham Perry, formerly employed in South Yorkshire, Yorkshire and the Humber.

The proceedings were held at the Study Inn Conference Centre, 175 Corporation Street, Coventry CV1 1GU at 9.30am on 27 to 29 March 2017.
