Regional care cooperatives (RCCs) are local authority-led bodies working with health and youth justice partners to plan and commission placements for children in care.
We are working with 2 pathfinder regions to co-design the approach to RCCs with set minimum requirements.
This document is for those in the children’s social care sector, including:
- local authorities
- providers
- children’s charities
