Manylion

Bydd y canllaw hwn yn berthnasol ichi os ydych yn swyddog cwmni neu’n gynghorydd cwmni a’ch bod eisiau diddymu neu adfer cwmni. Mae’n cynnwys gwybodaeth am:

  • pam y bydd cwmni o bosibl yn gwneud cais i gael ei ddileu o’r gofrestr
  • pryd na all cwmni wneud cais i gael ei ddileu o’r gofrestr
  • sut i wneud cais a phwy i ddweud wrtho
  • sut mae hysbysiadau dileu cwmnïau o’r gofrestr ac adfer cwmnïau i’r gofrestr yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn y Gazette
