NTE 2020/21: open general licences updated

Published 23 December 2020

Introduction

As a result of changes to legislation that will come in to force at the end of the Transition Period, a number of open general licences have been amended to reflect the change in legislation.

In addition, 9 of these open general export licences have been revised as a result of the updated EU dual-use export control list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 – as set out in notice 2020/20.

If you’ve already registered for earlier versions of these licences your registration will carry over to the amended versions below.

All the revised open general licences are published in draft on GOV.UK and will come into force at 23:00 on 31 December 2020.
