Details

These open general trade control licences (OGTCLs) allow, subject to certain conditions, the transfer to and from specified countries of small arms and light weapons.

This version of the licence is no longer available for registration, but remains available for users who registered before 25 September 2019.

These OGTCLs are subject to reporting requirements under the open licence returns transparency initiative.
