Details

This licence permits the export or transfer of the majority of goods, software and technology for the production and maintenance of the A400M aircraft, for the end-use of the listed partner nations and agreed export customers.

It also permits exports to other destinations where sub-contracting may be taking place, provided that ultimately the export will be for the production or maintenance of the A400M.

You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HMRC.

  1. This open general export licence (OGEL) has been updated to reflect a minor change in Annex A of the OGEL. A condition has been added requiring the licence reference is entered onto the UK’s customs declarations system.
