This form can be used to notify Companies House you no longer want to keep your register of directors’ usual residential addresses information from the central (or public) register, where the company has previously chosen to hold it there.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent to us by post.
Use the online service to update your information as quickly as possible.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 size paper.
