The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) have merged into the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). CRB checks are now called DBS checks.
Tracking an application
Use the DBS tracking service to check the progress of an application.
You need the the application form reference number to access the tracking service.
Employers can track multiple applications.
Contact the disclosure customer services department if you have any questions. If you send an email, include your full name, address, telephone number and any DBS reference numbers.
