|Outcome type:||Prohibition order|
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with The Teachers’ Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, a professional conduct panel was convened to consider the case of Ms Joanna Shuter, formerly employed in London.
The proceedings were held at 53-55 Butts Road, Earlsdon Park, Coventry, CV1 3BH at 9.30am on 2 and 30 April 2014.
Following an appeal by Ms Shuter against the original prohibition order dated 6 May 2014, a consent order was agreed between the parties (and subsequently approved by the High Court) which sought the quashing of the original decision insofar as it related to the Secretary of State’s decision not to impose a review period. The original decision has therefore been amended accordingly, a copy of which can be found on this web page.
