Guidance about changes to building regulations policy. Only applies to England.

The Department for Communities and Local Government regularly writes divisional circular letters to local authorities, heads of building control and approved inspectors to tell them about new or altered building regulations matters and to give them guidance on points relevant to their building control functions.
