Divisional circular letter announcing the amendments made by the Building Regulations and the transitional provisions which will apply to the changes.

The regulations were made on 28 November and laid in Parliament on the 5 December 2007.

Part of the regulations (amendments to Schedule 2A of the Building Regulations 2000) came into force on 2 January 2008; the remainder on 6 April 2008.
