Details

The purpose of this divisional circular letter is to bring to attention to all building control bodies and other interested parties, the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1105).

The regulations were made on 8 May 2013 and laid before Parliament on 13 May 2013. The amendment regulations come fully into force on 3 June 2013. There are no transitional provisions.
