The purpose of this divisional circular letter is to bring to attention to all building control bodies and other interested parties about the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1959) which were laid before Parliament on 8 August 2013. They come into force at various times as set out in regulation 1(4).
The regulations introduce targets for fabric energy efficiency rates for new dwellings and announce the repeal of provisions in the Croydon Corporation Act 1960.
