Details

The purpose of this divisional circular letter is to bring to attention to all building control bodies (BCBs) and other interested parties the changes to the Building Regulations, which includes a change to the repair of flat roofs and to competent person schemes. There have been no changes to other substantive provisions in the Regulations.
