From May to October 2015, with Expo 2015, Milan was at the forefront of the debate on issues which are of crucial importance for our future and wellbeing: nutrition, food security, climate change, sustainable international development.
The Science and Innovation Network (SIN) significantly participated in this global programme through the organisation of a number of successful events not only in Milan but also around the world.
The SIN Italy team also produced the report “UK Science & Innovation Network at Milan Expo 2015: Facts and the Future”, which not only captures what happened during Expo, but more importantly, represents a unique tool - full of information and inputs - for all those experts and researchers who wish to continue to work in this field, so vital for the future of our planet.
