Initially appeared as 'If we do not think you are fit enough for the examination, we may offer you a colonoscopy under general anaesthetic. Needs to be relaced with the below.' This was replaced with the following: 'You are usually awake during a colonoscopy. You can choose to have: - painkillers - gas and air - sedation – medicine given through a small tube (cannula) in your arm. Occasionally a general anaesthetic may be considered in specific situations. Some hospitals may not offer all these options.' Uploaded new PDF with above change plus updated colour scheme, final page, etc.
