Embassy: Sunday to Wednesday, 8am to 16:00, Thursday 8am to 2:30pm
Consular: Sunday to Wednesday, 9am to 12pm each day
The Consular section will be closed to the public on Thursdays.

Outside of these opening hours, we remain open to British nationals in distress only.
Visa:
Applications (by appointment): Sunday to Wednesday, 8:30am to 12pm
Passport Collection: 1pm to 2pm
Thursday Applications (by appointment): 8:30am to 11am
Passport Collection: 1pm to 2pm

Consular section closure notice

The Consular Section of the British Embassy Khartoum will be closed between 13-24 April. Normal opening hours will resume from Sunday 27th April.
