The workshop and roundtable brought together scientists, policy makers and companies from both countries together to discuss challenges, partnerships and actions plans between UK and India in the areas of open innovation in drug discovery and anti-microbial resistance (AMR). The workshop revealed that there is a good deal of interest from both countries to work in partnership to deal with the issue of AMR.
