The papers presented here are the work, outputs, and evidence produced by the members of the Future of TV Distribution Stakeholder Forum. They are not the official work of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and in some cases may not represent the views of all members of the stakeholder forum.
Non-industry stakeholders such as Ofcom and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology contributed to stakeholder forum discussions and provided expertise. However neither endorse the papers produced by the group in whole or in part, nor do any viewpoints espoused in the papers reflect the positions of either organisation.
