This multilateral agreement (MA), signed by the UK, gives a temporary exemption to certain parts of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).

This exemption relates to the packing instruction P502 and special packing provision PP28 for perchloric acid (UN 1873).

It is valid until 31 December 2016 unless otherwise revoked.

Anyone carrying dangerous goods in line with an MA must have a copy of it on their vehicle.
