Details

This exception notice recognises a technical code about welded steel tanks for the transportation of liquefiable gases by road.

It came into effect on 18 March 2008 and is valid until revoked.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
