This guidance note sets out the interpretation of regulations which refer to businesses that carry out the related unloading of dangerous goods, and the need to have a dangerous goods safety adviser.

This guidance was issued in July 2016 and is due for revision in July 2019. This guidance is applicable in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
