Details

This multilateral agreement (MA), signed by the UK, gives a temporary exemption to certain parts of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).

This exemption relates to the construction of FL and OX vehicles which use liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel.

It is valid until 31 December 2016 unless otherwise revoked.

Anyone carrying dangerous goods in line with an MA must have a copy of it on their vehicle.
