This authorisation notice allows the carriage of waste asbestos (UN 2212 and UN 2590 substances) when special provision 168 cannot be used. This is relevant when the waste isn’t bonded or manufactured, and UN-approved packaging isn’t available.

This authorisation is valid until 31 January 2017 unless otherwise revoked.
