The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) has closed. It’s been replaced by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
Use services now provided by DVSA
You can still:
- use MOT and vehicle testing services and information
- use operator licensing self service
- find out about vehicle approval
- find out about Vehicle Identity Checks (VIC)
You can also use other services and information that are now provided by DVSA.
You should now contact DVSA if you needed to contact VOSA.
History of VOSA
VOSA was an executive agency, sponsored by the Department for Transport.
It existed from 3 April 2003 to 31 March 2014.
VOSA merged with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to create DVSA.
