This report analyses staff diversity for, staff in post between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013.

The analysis in this report takes data on:

  • staff in post
  • grievances and discipline
  • sickness and absence
  • training
  • performance management
  • recruitment

This data is then analysed to consider whether there were significant differences between:

  • gender
  • race
  • disability
  • pay band
  • age
  • job type and working patterns
