Our mission

We work closely with the UAE in many areas of political and practical co-operation. We have an established UK/UAE taskforce, headed by Foreign Ministers Mr Hague and Sheikh Abdullah, which ensures we work together on investment, policy, defence, consular and other issues.  

We provide assistance to British nationals visiting and living in the UAE. We also help Emiratis and expatriates living in the UAE wishing to travel to, and do business with the United Kingdom’
