This exception notice announces the withdrawal of notice 24. Notice 24 was a temporary exemption to the carriage of dangerous goods regulations on constructing and transporting liquefied petroleum gas cylinders used in hot air balloons or airships.

The Department for Transport can issue exception notices to the dangerous goods regulations, which include the recognition of certain standards.
