Passport extensions

Consular assistance
If you still cannot find the information you are looking for and it relates to consular assistance for British nationals, please resend your original email enquiry to the same email address with ‘Please contact me’ in the subject line, followed by the name of the British consulate you are contacting (Milan, Alicante, Lisbon etc).
We aim to reply to emails within 20 working days however we cannot provide any information on visas, passports, EEA family permits, taxation, legal matters or driving licences.
Emails related to passports and visas will not be answered regardless of the presence of ‘Please Contact me’. All visa and passport enquiries need to be directed to UKVI and Her Majesty’s Passport Service.
