The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is reviewing 33 markets remedies to assess whether they should be removed or amended.

Case information
19 January 2026: The CMA has launched a strategic review of 33 CMA market remedies (undertakings and orders which were put in place following Market Investigations). The strategic review will consider whether, by reason of any change of circumstances, each remedy included in the review is no longer appropriate and should be removed or amended.
The CMA consulted on these changes and invited responses by 2 March 2026.
