Details
This political declaration on Vietnam’s Just Energy Transition Partnership was agreed by the Government of Vietnam and the International Partners Group. The Group includes the the European Union and the governments of United Kingdom, France, Germany, the United States, Italy, Canada, Japan, Norway and Denmark.
The Partnership will mobilise $15.5 billion of public and private finance to support Vietnam to achieve its ambitious Net Zero 2050 goal. Vietnam will do this by transitioning away from fossil fuels towards clean energy.
