This strategy outlines Defra’s equality, diversity and inclusion priorities from 2017 to 2020. It focuses on four themes which create an equal, diverse and inclusive place to work:

  • include
  • support
  • engage

This strategy is for all employees in Defra and its agencies and public bodies (the Defra group).
