Access and opening times
In light of the risks around coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the restrictive measures put in place by the authorities in Kosovo, access to the Embassy is not currently possible. However, you can still make appointments to speak to a Consular officer.

Please note that we have temporarily suspended delivery of all documentary services except the issuing of Emergency Travel Documents.

Get an emergency travel document
You can apply for an emergency travel document if you’re abroad and your passport has been lost or stolen, damaged or expired, and you can’t get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.
If the person needing the emergency travel document is under 16, a parent or guardian should apply on their behalf.
We do not issue emergency travel documents at British Embassy Pristina. We can issue emergency travel documents at British Embassy Tirana, Albania.
If you are travelling in more than 3 weeks, check if you can get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.
