If you need a passport urgently
You can pay to use the Fast Track or Online Premium services to get a passport, if you think the standard service will take too long.
If you’ve already applied for a passport and have not received it, do not apply again using the Fast Track or Online Premium services. You will not get your passport sooner or get a refund.
Call the Passport Adviceline if you need to travel urgently because:
- you need medical treatment
- a friend or family member is seriously ill or has died
- you’re working for, or are representing, the government
