This guidance summarises how support is provided to confirmed victims of modern slavery in MSVCC support in England and Wales following a positive conclusive grounds decision.

A positive conclusive grounds decision means that a person is considered to be a confirmed victim of modern slavery.

The guidance includes:

• how their support will change
• the recovery needs assessment process
• what support is available after leaving modern slavery support
