Details

Use this form to transfer part of a registered title - for example where a house and garden are registered under one title and you want to sell part of the garden.

You will need to attach a plan to the form TP1 identifying the land being transferred. For details of our plans requirements please see guide overview of HM Land Registry plans.

If there is a mortgage affecting the land you may need to contact the lender and obtain a discharge of part (form DS3). Please see practice guide 31 for more information.

For Panel 12 of this form please see practice guide 62 on easements or contact a conveyancer for more assistance.

The form TP1 should always be accompanied by a form AP1 or form FR1. You will also need to consider our identity requirements.
