Use this form to apply to register land or property for the first time.

First registration copy deeds conveyancer’s certificate

If you are a conveyancer you must lodge this certificate if you are making a first registration application consisting entirely of certified copy deeds.

We also added a note to clarify that only professional customers will have a key number and a note about the identity evidence panels, to specify that a separate box must be used for each party.
