  1. Section 9 has been amended to state that plans must be signed by the disponor or applicant, as appropriate, to comply with rule 213 of the Land Registration Rules 2003.
  2. Section 9.8 example 6 has been amended to state that when an additional plan is requested. We treat it as being attached to the application form and therefore it must be signed by the applicant. The table listing points that lead to an application being rejected now includes plans that have not been signed by the seller/landlord.
  3. Section 9.8 has been amended (one line removed in table 1 and table 2) as the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 has been repealed.
  4. Section 9 has been amended to clarify our plan requirements.
