Hanham Hall - low carbon homes evaluation summary report

Hanham Hall is an exemplar energy efficient housing scheme north east of Bristol which was originally part of the government’s Carbon Challenge to build zero carbon homes. Construction works at Hanham Hall started in 2012 and is due to be completed by the end of 2015.

In order to capture the learning from this innovative project, HCA required its development partner, Barratt Homes to undertake post-occupancy monitoring and evaluation of the homes, which commenced in late 2013. This interim report shows the results to date. Monitoring will continue until 2018 and a final report is expected in 2019.
