This investment prospectus builds on the recently published Homes England strategic plan and investment roadmap.

It brings together, for the first time, the full range of capital, tools and expertise, from Homes England and the new Homes England subsidiary, the National Housing Bank.

Working seamlessly, in line with our investment strategy, we will support the delivery of the government’s housing and regeneration ambitions.

This prospectus sets out what partners can expect from us, including:

• our investment principles, investment themes and investment criteria
• products and interventions available to partner organisations
• how to access our support
